How do I assign a benefit time accrual to an employee?
- Select Employees from the navigation list.
- Choose the employee you wish to work with from the list. If you need to create a new employee select + New.
- Configure the desired settings for the employee.
- Go to the Benefit Accrual tab.
- Under Accrual Setting select Override Pay Class Settings.
- Under Policies, for each pay code use the drop down menu to select the benefit accruals policy you wish to assign to the employee. If you need to create new benefit accrual policies press the + button.
- Once complete select Save.
